I've read quite a few blogs and blog posts during my (short) career as a Quality Assurance Analyst. In all honesty, the vast majority of them I can say have been helpful, ranging from relatively to extremely. Some have been short, sharp, simple but too the point. Others take the rather longer, narrative approach, weaving a story for the reader and 'taking them on a journey' to ultimately, the point the writer wants to make. And ultimately, every good blog post has been written to make a point.
“Pretty good testing is easy to do (that’s partly why some people like to say ‘testing is dead’– they think testing isn’t needed as a special focus because they note that anyone can find at least some bugs some of the time). Excellent testing is quite hard to do.”-- James Bach
